Dr. Jincy Joseph K joined the Department of Economics, St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam as Assistant Professor in January 2015.   She is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who has the ability to develop and maintain new ideas for educational improvement. At present, she is the NSS Programme Officer of the Institution. She served as DQAC Coordinator of the Department from 2015-18. She has held responsible posts like Fund Mobilization Committee Secretary, IEDC Department level Coordinator, WWS Mentor, SSP Mentor, Research Committee Member, Admission Committee Member, Professional Development Committee member and the like. She has coordinated different intra-collegiate as well as inter-collegiate level academic activities like seminars and workshops. Her areas of interest include Banking and Financial Management, Customers and Employees Satisfaction, etc.  She has three International Publications on Bank Amalgamation and Employees and Customer Satisfaction. She was awarded PhD in Economics in January 2020 on the topic “The Influence of Bank Amalgamation on Employees’ and Customers’ Satisfaction: A Case Study of HDFC Banks in Kerala”. 
She has successfully completed a MOOC Course on “Managerial Economics” in SWAYAM Platform conducted by IIM Bangalore in Jan 2020.  She has also completed a Self-learning Online Course on “Understanding Open Educational Resources” offered by the Commonwealth of Learning, Canada in April 2020. She has also completed 21 days of College Teachers’ Orientation Programme under HRDC, Kannur University in January 2020.
