Dr. Jitha G.Nair is an Assistant Professor in the Albertian Institute of Management. She completed her undergraduate studies in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University and has done her MBA in Marketing and HR from Jansons School of Business, Coimbatore. She was awarded her Ph.D. in Management from the Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala. Her total teaching experience spans 9 years including her stints at Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering and SCMS- Cochin. She was a full time Research Scholar at CUSAT with UGC-JRF Fellowship for 5 years. She has attended an FDP by IIM-K. Jitha has also done certifications in Business Analytics and R Programming. Her research interests include Higher education, Emotional Labour and Business Analytics. She has published number of articles in academic oriented journals and has presented papers in national and international seminars and also won the best paper award in an international seminar.
