Mrs. Minitha Susan Joseph, Assistant Professor, Head in Charge, Department of Sports Science and Fitness Management, St Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam has a teaching experience of 13 years. She is a graduate in Family and Community Science ( Homescience ) from Morning Star Homescience College, Angamaly and a post graduate with MPHIL in Food Service Management and Dietetics (currently pursuing PhD) from Avinashilingam Institute of Homescience and Higher Education for Women, Deemed University, Coimbatore. She is an experienced teacher in the field of nutrition, dietetics, food service management and public nutrition.   She has delivered several nutritional lectures for public and for professionals during her career. She also worked as a sub-editor for one of the leading cookery magazine of Kerala, ‘Vanitha Pachakam’ for three years. She is a constant motivation  for  her students in maximizing their abilities to reach high. She is a self-motivated person  with a strong foundation laid on principles and values.
