Neetha Francis joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, St. Albert’s College Autonomous during the academic year 2014-15. Prior to that, she worked as a Guest Lecturer at the Women’s Polytechnic, Kalamassery and also at Aquinas College, Edakochi. She is a Postgraduate in Commerce, who secured the second Rank for the M.Com Examination conducted by the Mahatma Gandhi University in 2009. She completed her B.Ed. in 2011. At St Albert’s College, she is a member of various committees as well as an active part of the Women Empowerment Cell. She was the Secretary of the Department during academic year 2017-18, the in-charge of Department Year Book Publication Committee as well as the staff editor of Euphoria- the students’ handwritten magazine from 2017 to 2019. She has also guided many students from UG and PG classes to complete their dissertation successfully. She has excelled in Cost Accounting, Quantitative Techniques and various other subjects through her continuous effort. Neeta, along with her colleague has authored a book titled Quantitative Techniques as part of M.G University B.Com Syllabus. As part of the Golden Jubilee of the Department a souvenir named Golden Bliss incorporating the memories of alumni and retired teachers was released under her guidance. She has presented papers in various Seminars and Conferences and has 5 publications in various journals one of which is a UGC CARE listed journal Our Heritage.
