Rency Joseph began her career at St.Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam as an Assistant Professor in Commerce in 2015. She is a post graduate in Commerce from M G University and has also completed her MBA from Bharathiar University. She is an active member of Placement Committee, UBA committee and Funding committee of the College. For the successful execution of curricular and extracurricular programmes of the College as well as the Department, she coordinates competently and efficiently. She contributes significantly to the growth of the Department and is in charge of Placement, Social Outreach and SSP (Scholar Support Programme) of the Department. She has excelled in Management Accounting,
Financial Management and various other subjects through constant learning and dedication. She has guided a number of undergraduate and postgraduate student research groups. Rency has presented papers in various National and International seminars and conferences and has published three papers in journals of which one is a UGC CARE listed journal, Think India. Her vision is to enrich student-mentor relationship towards an ambience of skillful and independent learning. She has always been true to her vocation and earnestly works hard for the amelioration of the Institution.
