Mrs. Roal Roy completed her undergraduate studies in Communicative English in 2010 and did her Post-Graduation in Social Work specializing in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work in 2012. She began her career in the same year as a Lecturer in the Department of Social Work at St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous) affiliated to Calicut University. In 2017 she left for the US and did certified courses like “Explore a Career in Medical Coding”, “Discover American Sign Language”, “Teaching Students with ADHD”, “GRE preparation Part 1 (Verbal and Analytical)” from Shaumburg, Chicago. She also was fortunate to have hands-on experience at various hospitals in Illnois and Texas. Her area of specialization is in Child Psychiatry. As part of her academic pursuits, she submitted dissertations on “Effectiveness of Advertising among Teenagers’’ during her under undergraduate period and “A Study among Teachers towards Antisocial Behavior of School Students” during her Post-Graduation. She has presented papers in both international and national level conferences and has also published papers in Multidisciplinary Journals.
