Dr. Rosalind Gonzaga joined St Albert’s College in 2014 and was Head of the Department of Commerce from 2016 to 2018. She serves as the Governing Council member of the College from 2018 till date. She served as the Vice-Principal from 2019 to 2022 and currently holds the position as the Head of the department. Rosalind holds various positions in the statutory committees of the College. Her area of specialization is in Finance and she directs a research group of undergraduate and postgraduate students in Finance and in its changing trends. Rosalind, with her industrial experience of 07 years has contributed greatly to the institution and her students. She also has a number of publications and paper presentations to her credit. Rosalind has even authored a book on Fundamentals of Business Statistics and Business Accounting, and a Handbook on GST. She is also life member in the Commerce Association of Kerala and in the Indian Accounting Association. Rosalind was awarded her Doctorate degree on the topic “A STUDY ON THE INVESTMENT DECISION MAKING OF THE NRIs IN KERALA WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO ERNAKULAM DISTRICT” from the Bharathiar University in 2019.
