Mr. Sebastian A. V. joined the Department of English, St. Albert’s College, Ernakulam in 2013, after working for a period of seven years as a Higher Secondary School Teacher at St. Albert’s HSS and as a High School Assistant for three years in St. Joseph’s High School, Chathiath. He completed his P.G. from Pondicherry Central University and is currently pursuing his research in Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He helps students with his expert career guidance counselling. He is the NSS coordinator and a member of a number of committees in the college. His research interests are in Postcolonial Studies, Gender studies, Literary theories, Psychology, Counseling, Cultural Studies and Linguistics. He has a number of publications in reputed journals to his credit. In addition to this, he has presented papers at a number of National and International Seminars.
