Mr. Sharan Hilary joined the institution as an Assistant Professor in 2014 in the Post Graduate Department of Commerce and Research Centre and within a short span of time proved his mettle in various activity levels of the Institution. He completed his Post Graduation specializing in Finance and qualified the UGC – NET. He also procured an MBA in Human Resource Development from Bharathiar University which added yet another feather to his academic cap. He guides both under graduate as well as post graduate students in their final year project work. He is also an external examiner of the Mahatma Gandhi University for project work evaluation. He is also the Question Setter and the Chief Evaluator of many papers of different Autonomous Colleges. He is part of various Committees of the College like Admission Committee, Discipline Monitoring Committee, Anti – Ragging Cell, College Level Arts Committee and Programme Committee. Apart from this, he handles many Academic and Administrative Duties. He is the Staff Joint Secretary of the College. Being an active member of the Commerce Department, he has coordinated several National and International level Talks, Workshops and Seminars. He is the Secretary of the Board of Studies of the Post Graduate Department of Commerce as well as the Treasurer of the Department. He has presented several research papers both at National and International Conferences and has authored a Book titled Principles and Methodology of Management.
